Its a top secret project made back when our presidents were breifed about the discovey of aliens beter known as E.T [Extra-Terrestrials]. There is another project/file hodling every known accusation about ufo sighting and only the ones that are true, with proof, go to project aquarius to keep it secret. Also if the person who witness it might be a risk the goverment will remove them from the public and place them in a secured location [x3 around U.S.a] there if family or others ask questions and get suspicous they usally make it seem as if its suicide

they did that to several presidents that risked it,
about 3 presidents were killed to keep it secret
reason why they dont tell them anymore, they dont tell them most things anyways

the ones with true power in the world is MJ-12
majestic 12, which was made a while abck to keep the ufo problem under control and from peying eyes of the public

but even so, they leak some of the info to make it seem as if not real, but THEY ARE! [note- even i didnt add everything i have read/heard/found because the goverment might find this as a risk and will attempt to figure a way to disban SL to secure it]
