By 気 Neji Hi, once again, a short announcement. We will be taking in new moderator applications shortly - via the forum. So, before we push in a deadline, please register at the forum and think about a few things: -why do you want to be moderator? -describe your personality and background a bit -think about an out-of-hand situation and how you might handle it So much for preparations. A few things I add: * proper spelling/grammar is mandatory * you need to have some time on the game, people who registered 14 days ago might not know enough about the mechanics * mature personality is mandatory * commonsense is mandatory * power comes with responsibility. never think about abusing them to only benefit yourself

Emails that won't arrive

By 気 Neji Hi, as some providers still fail to cope with my email configuration, I have changed the server setup so that emails to some providers should now go through. If mail does not arrive, talk to your provider about it - maybe they marked it spam and did not even forward it.

Account Expiration doubled

By 気 Neji As 90% of all petitions are "please restore char xyz" - I doubled the expiration period (from 45 to 90 days now) for "bigger-than-acad"-Chars. This should lift some load from us as well as be a bit more comfortable for you. Drawbacks: *if an active clanleader goes inactive, it will take a while to give the clan automatically to the next guy *if you want a name somebody inactive has, you have to wait longer *etc which I forgot to mention ^^

By 気 Neji Fixed a bug where no points were subtracted. Reworked a bit of the "more-resets-less-costs" part.

Mokuton

By 気 Neji Mokuton is now online and in the game. It has a few tweaks and is pretty strong. As I think the more KG are in the game (and can be combined) the easier it gets for those guys, I'll put a few things (based on the experiences with the Eliteforest) in game soon. Currently there are no combinations in Mokuton to go with other KG, but there will be. Wiki Link

Rule addition

By 気 Neji Hi, I did not feel necessary to mention "be nice to each other" explicitly in the rules, but it seems it is finally in order to do so. Harassment, stalking, whatnot - that all is not tolerated. Bad behaviour, all things that are blocked by the bad-language-filter, neither. Using the F*-Word is in that list, and using it on pictures or whatnot will likely be at least a warning. The last part is commonsense ("if it's blocked in part A, it is necessarily not allowed elsewhere"). Try get along nicely ;) good things may happen.

Gmail

By 気 Neji Currently, Gmail users don't seem to receive any mails from us. I petitioned at the Gmail support, but you (if you are affected) should do also. Check you spam folder for incoming mails. EDIT: Same thing with web.de - please consider (as web.de is usually blocking all kinds of people) changing your provider for shinobi mails if you happen to have an account at web.de. If not, you won't get a lost password back by mail, for instance.
